Looks in a way like cyclops , there´s 2 eyes in the picture , but two faces too , so it´s like one eye for each face . 
Then there´s something more and something less that all have , if there´s extra face additional pair of eyes would be good too .
Reminds me of condition where connection between two parts of the brain , connection throught hypothalamus is cut off ,
then there´s two different personalities in the same head and they both perceive reality in different manner .
Some say that de ja vu experience is minor case of different parts of the brain being disconnected , then person has the experience twice ,
with slightly different timing from each part of the brain and this gives the feeling of de ja vu .
many of these double triple or multiple selves give that feeling , here with only face it´s most evident .
