i love purple too.

if you have this option in your camera, you sure have to take advantage of it. take as many images as you can, you're sure to have a lot of failures and a few great ones.

this same image i repeatedly took it maybe 30 times and i had 2 good results.

I don't have a DSLR, but I just learned how to do a double exposed image on GIMP in post production. Thanks for the input , this image also reminds me of the dreamlike videos of shoegaze/dreampop tracks such as this one [link].
I better take some pictures first though, haha !

yes, but double exposing in post production is totally different. i tried it many times. but i don't know in GIMP. i did it in photoshop.
